The symphony’s fifth concert since it was formed a year ago features a variety of music, from George Gershwin, Elvis Presley and John Phillip Sousa to bagpipes. The 40-member symphony will also be paying a special tribute to veterans and members of the U.S. armed forces.
The concert, to be held at Harbor Light Church, 4760 Thornton Ave., Fremont, begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Admission for children under age 6 is free.
